Event Creation

The Calendar allows you to create events effortlessly, saving you time and effort.

To create an event, follow these steps: To create an event, follow these steps:

Open the Calendar feature from the main menu.

The calendar interface will be displayed, showing the current month and any existing events.

Click on the desired day in the calendar to create an event.

A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to enter details about the event, such as thetitle, location, start time, end time, and additional notes.

Fill in the necessary information and click on the ADD button to save the event

Event Invitations and Reminders

Our system takes care of event invitations and reminders, ensuring that all participants are informed and prepared.

After creating an event, the system automatically sends out invitations to all participants.

Participants will receive an email notification with the event details.

Additionally, you can schedule semi-automated reminders to ensure that participants don't miss the event.

Set the reminder frequency and timing, and the system will send out reminders accordingly
